Snooker

Snooker is a cue sport that is typically played on a table covered with a green baize fabric with pockets situated in each of the four corners and two side pockets that sit in the middle of each of the long side cushions. It is played using a cue ball and 22 snooker balls. There is one white cue ball, 15 red balls worth one point each, 1 yellow ball worth two points, 1 green ball worth three points, 1 brown ball worth four points, 1 blue ball worth five points, 1 pink ball worth six points, and 1 black ball worth seven points. A player or team wins a frame (individual game) of snooker by scoring more points than the opponent. A player or team wins a match when a certain number of frames have been won.
